Our objective is to enable legitimate commercial intelligence and automation while protecting individuals, customers, data providers, infrastructure and the wider AXO Signal ecosystem.

AXO Signal may be used for legitimate business purposes including:

  • commercial intelligence;
  • prospect identification;
  • company analysis;
  • sales intelligence;
  • data enrichment;
  • workflow automation;
  • customer and market segmentation; and
  • other lawful business activities.


Prohibited activities


You must not use AXO Signal to:


  • violate applicable laws or regulations;
  • obtain or process information unlawfully;
  • send unlawful spam or unsolicited communications;
  • harass, threaten or intimidate another person;
  • discriminate unlawfully;
  • impersonate another individual or organisation;
  • facilitate fraud or deception;
  • distribute malware or malicious code;
  • interfere with networks or systems;
  • bypass technical or security controls;
  • access accounts without authorisation;
  • collect sensitive personal information without appropriate authority;
  • sell or redistribute AXO Signal data except where expressly authorised;
  • create competing datasets or services through systematic extraction;
  • reverse engineer proprietary functionality except where expressly permitted by law; or
  • use the Service in a way that creates unreasonable operational, legal or security risk.


Automated access


Automated access to AXO Signal is permitted only through functionality, integrations or APIs expressly made available for that purpose.

Unauthorised:


  • scraping;
  • crawling;
  • bots;
  • bulk extraction;
  • credential sharing;
  • automated account creation; or
  • circumvention of rate limits


is prohibited.


Responsible use of AI and intelligence


AXO Signal intelligence may identify patterns, signals, probabilities or recommendations.


Users must not treat such outputs as guaranteed facts where they represent an inference or prediction.


Appropriate human review should be used where decisions may materially affect individuals or organisations.


Fair use


We may apply reasonable usage thresholds, API rate limits and resource controls to maintain platform availability and prevent excessive or abusive consumption.


Enforcement


Where we reasonably believe this policy has been breached, we may:


  • investigate usage;
  • restrict functionality;
  • suspend access;
  • terminate accounts; or
  • take other proportionate measures.



Serious unlawful activity may be reported to appropriate authorities where legally required or appropriate.
